The Central Park Tennis Center is now open for the 2012 season.The hours of operation are 6:30 am-8:00 pm daily .The last hour of play is 7:00 pm-8:00 pm. The snack bar & the pro shop closes at 7:00 pm daily.


The Central Park Tennis Center is located mid park in the mid 90's. You can enter on 90th ,93rd & 96th street. and CPW and head east into the park.   From the east side you can enter on 90th or 96th st. and 5th Ave and head west into the park. We are located at the north end of the  reservoir. The nearest subways are the 1/6//B/C train to 96th street.

Tennis lessons are held on hard courts only and can be booked in person or by phone up to 1 week in advance only. Please call 212-316-0800 x 3/4 to book.The phone lines open at 7:00am daily.

** ONLY SMOOTH SOLED TENNIS SHOES ARE PERMITTED ON THE CLAY COURTS.NO      CROSS TRAINERS OR RUNNING SHOES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COURTS.

 Enclosed are the applications for our 2012 classes for Adults and Children. To sign up for our classes please download the application that applies to you,fill it out completely and fax it in. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call  that we received the application.Upon receiving the application we will confim that you are in the class requested or give you other options of other classes available  if the class is sold out.
