We offer tennis instruction, clinics, summer camps, and court rentals in Central Park, New York. Availability of services may change at any time without notice.

3. Program Enrollment & Payments

  • All class registrations must be completed through our website or approved channels.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • We do not offer refunds unless stated otherwise in the specific program description.

  • We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer makeup classes or credit.

4. Camp & Class Policies

  • Camp make-up days are offered only during available designated weeks and are not guaranteed.

  • One-week cancellation notice is required for any refund eligibility.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes due to personal reasons.

5. Weather Policy

Outdoor programs may be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify participants via email or text message and offer make-up sessions when possible.

6. Conduct

We expect respectful and sportsmanlike behavior from all participants. CPTC reserves the right to remove any individual from a class or facility due to misconduct or failure to follow instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, and logos are property of CPTC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPTC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services or facilities. By participating in our programs, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
